DESCRIPTION:The Event – Cup 3/4 (Saturday/Sunday) VCMC is excited to bring you another AutoX event in Merritt\, BC\, at the Airport. This event will be a double header (Saturday and Sunday) you will need to register for both Cup 3 and Cup 4 for access to both days. The facility offers a large apron and a full runway that can be used for the event surface. For people who want to participate both days\, the Saturday event starts later to allow time for the drive to Merritt in the morning. This helps to save on hotel costs. \nOnsite Camping\nThere is camping space onsite for tents and some RVs on Friday and Saturday nights. Access to the site will be provided starting at 5pm on Friday.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our famous Taylor\, BC Chain-up Auto-X Event! Event runs from 9am-6pm with Drivers meeting at 9AM Sharp.\nDrivers will be classed based on tire tread wear 200 and under is Comp Class\, 201 and up is Street Class. NEW for this\nyear we will be using a bigger split to improve competition. Street Class will be broken down into 2WD and 4WD\nclasses\, as will Comp Class. there will also be a class for beginners new to the sport.\nSNELL 2015 Helmet is the minimum.\nDrivers and Passengers MUST attend the drivers meeting held at 9am sharp or face a 20$ penalty.\nAll Participants must sign a waiver\, located on site and pay 60$ as a driver.\nDrivers may share a vehicle\, maximum of 2 drivers per vehicle.\nAll Vehicles must pass a thorough SELF TECHNICAL DELCLARATION available to complete on site via QR code. Please\nensure you have a way to complete this required forms\, no tablets etc. are provided.\nTrack will be active from 930-12 with a 45 min break for lunch\, the resuming until 4PM when recreational runs will\nbegin for 1 hour\, followed by track takedown 5-6pm.\nIf you have any questions\, please reach out to Ryan Mucci @ 250-261-1710.
