Please complete the CACC Ice Cross and Attack Technical Self-Declaration form below for your vehicle. The form will be sent to the email you provide below. If your club has registered to receive a copy of all technical self-declaration submissions for their club, they will also receive a copy of your submission.
Technical inspection is to be completed by owner/driver of each vehicle. Once at the event, report to the Tech Inspector with your vehicle and helmet for final inspection.
