Current Regulation

5.1 Driver Eligibility
5.1.1 Be a Member in Good Standing of the WCIRABC Cars on Ice club or other CACC affiliated club.
5.1.2 Hold a current and valid Provincial or State Driver’s License with minimal “N” (novice) status.
IceX Only: New Drivers with “L” or Learner’s status will require a passenger 25 years of age or
older with a valid Driver’s license.

Proposed Regulation

5.1 DRIVER ELIGIBILITY
5.1.1 Be a Member in Good Standing of the WCIRABC Cars on Ice club or other CACC affiliated club.
Hold a current and valid Provincial or State Driver’s License with minimal “N” (novice) status.
5.1.2 Ice X Only: New Drivers with “L” or Learner’s status may participate, but will require a passenger 25 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s license at all times while on track.
