CACC Event Calendar
Affiliates of the Confederation of Autosport Car Clubs host a variety of motorsport events including autoslalom, ice racing, karting, road racing, time attack and vintage racing. Marque clubs host meets, shows and a variety of other events. Events are posted below as they are submitted from our affiliate clubs.

- Course Setup & Tech Inspection
(Volunteers and course designers finalize setup, open tech inspection for early arrivals.)
7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- Registration Check-In Open
(Get spots, sign waivers, confirm run groups.)
8:00 AM – 8:15 AM
- Driver’s Meeting
(Mandatory. Go over safety, schedule, and run group assignments.)
🏎 Morning Session:
8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Heat A – Morning Runs
(Heat A drivers run, Heat B drivers work.)
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Heat B – Morning Runs
(Heat B drivers run, Heat A drivers work.)
🍔 Lunch Break:
12:30 PM – 1:15 PM
- Lunch Break
(Food trucks, bring-your-own, or relax.)
🏎 Afternoon Session:
1:15 PM – 3:15 PM
- Heat A – Afternoon Runs
(Heat A drivers run, Heat B drivers work.)
3:15 PM – 5:00 PM
- Heat B – Afternoon Runs
(Heat B drivers run, Heat A drivers work.)
🛠️ Event Wrap-Up:
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Course Takedown & Cleanup
(All hands on deck, many hands make light work!)

- Be at the driver’s meeting to participate.
- Workers must check in before their assigned heats.
