The Steward or Clerk of Course may authorize the use of such a device to facilitate the rapid replacement of markers if deemed appropriate.
Proposed Regulation	No motorized vehicle, bicycle or other such device may be used on the course so as to allow any competitor the advantage of seeing the course at a speed approaching that achieved in competition. The Steward or Clerk of Course may authorize the use of such a devices in large scale venues or to facilitate the rapid replacement of markers if deemed appropriate.
Reason for Rule Change	The recent event at Merritt Airport illustrated the need for expedited course walks at large scale facilities.
