The CACC Executive Steward is responsible to appoint qualified members to act as judges of fact for such hearings, conduct the hearing and render a decision. Such a hearing shall have the power to invoke penalties as specified in these GCRs and may revoke licenses. The driver shall have the right to appeal decisions arising from this hearing as specified in these GCRs. |
