28.6.7 Tires
Only 205/50R15 Toyo Proxes RR and 205/50R15 Hoosier H20 Wet are permitted.

Proposed Regulation

Any DOT tire is allowed . Any car running a 200 tread wear or higher may run 100lbs lighter than their  minimum weight .

Reason for Rule Change

Current rule has a discontinue tire.
New rule would help reduce cost for those who choose too.
