| Reason for Rule Change | Currently there is only one FHR device (Simpson Hybrid) that is compatible with OEM three point harnesses. The commonly available FHR devices such as HANS, require at a minimum 5 point driver harnesses. The change is only intended to alert drivers to the full impact of using FHR devices. |
