Proposed Regulation

The minimum competitor licensing requirement is as listed:
• a valid Senior Time Attack, Senior Road Race, Senior Ice Race, or equivalent license issued
by CACC or another of its territories

• a CARS Regional License plus participation in two performance stage rallies as a driver and validated by the Time Attack Director

Participants from other countries may present their license in advance to the CACC Time Attack Director
for consideration of participation in CACC events.

Reason for Rule Change

KMMS has been allowing CARS license holders to participate for years. This year, while attempting to clarify the language around the use of a CARS license at hill climb events it was pointed out that the CARS regional license does not fit under the equivalent license clause thus we must address it in the regulations.

A CARS Regional license means that the license holder is a member of an ASN club, have been observed and successfully completed at least 3 rallycross events, hold basic first aid certification, have provided CARS with previous high performance driving experience.

KMMS apologizes for the confusion and sincerely hope we can rectify this in time for this year's hill climb.
