Proposed Regulation	7.2 STREET STUDS 7.2.1 Any brand DOT street legal snowflake rated tire with DOT approved studs, up to and including 35 per linear foot. MUST meet TSMI specifications for the tire.
Reason for Rule Change	Hakka 10's have more studs.
